Fibre coupled variable attenuator (VOA)
The VOA is a fiber coupled device that is easy to work with any application. It features low insertion loss, a wide attenuation range, a small package and it is easy to operate. The attenuation range is from 0.8 to 30dB, and is continually adjustable. The attenuation can be adjusted continuously using a screw on the side of the attenuator frame. They are available in single wavelength and dual wavelength. Variable optical attenuators can be supplied with FC/UPC, FC/APC, SC/UPC, SC/APC or LC connector types.
- Operating wavelength range: 980nm or 1064nm or 1310/1550nm
- Fiber type: Hi1060 fiber or SMF28e fiber
- Attenuation range: 0.8~30dB variable range
- Fiber length each port: 1m
- Adjustment precision: 0.1dB
- Optical power: <300mw CW
- Operating temperature: 0 to 60c
- Back reflection(return loss): >45dB
Fibre coupled fixed attenuators (in-line)
Fibre coupled attenuators are available with SMF28e fiber or Hi1060 fiber and are jacketed with 900um loose tube or 3mm tubing. In-line attenuators can be supplied un-terminated or with FC/APC, SC/APC or E2000 connectors.
Other terminations are available.
- Operating wavelength range: 980nm or 1064nm or 1310 or 1550nm
- Fiber type: SMF28e or Hi1060
- Attenuation values: 5dB, 10dB, 15dB and 20dB or specify
Fibre coupled attenuators are available with SMF28e fiber or Hi1060 fiber and are jacketed with 900um loose tube or 3mm tubing. In-line attenuators can be supplied un-terminated or with FC/APC, SC/APC or E2000 connectors.
